Dianna Scy Owens' Poetry and Quips
A little snippet on the author herself...
HI?!First off I don't like much to be categorized 'cuz I tend to adapt to the situation but, if you must, just call me a sort of butchy, feminist, impulsive chick that has opinions and will always stand by them. I draw most of my inspiration from folk singer Ani DiFranco but also from other chick singers such as Sarah McLachlan, Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, Paula Cole, Jewel and the like.

p.s. this site is very underconstruction so don't be surprised if it sucks
This lil' peephole in the net...
...is just a place to put my poetry and anything else I come across that intrigues me. So, if you wander in feel free to exist here for a while and check it out you might learn something. If I know you and I gave you the URL thanx for being a friend and chances are you've already read most of this stuff anyways.

so,ummm.......whatever?!

My philosophy on life and love-
Life-
A slap in the face
Too quickly reincarnates
Into a Dr. Marten
Shuved up your ass
If you don't fight back

Love-
Love is a sidestep,
A gas station
On this 80 mile ride
We call life
But the tanks on full
And the cars got 4 cylinders
So I can just drive
Until the end of my time
